This whisky has been maturing in a refill sherry butt and bottled at 51. 1%. The nose offers up notes of toffee, coffee beans with a zesty citrus note. The palate has warming notes of pepper, orange and dark chocolate. The finish is long with big fruit notes which develops into charred oak notes.
