Long  Skinny Aspens is a one of a kind hand embellished reproduction using our raised  “Molten Metals” process

The original Colorado Flag Map was painted using thinned down acrylic paints over a Colorado road map

The muted colors and blurred images remind me of the many times I've spent on the water just after the sun goes down

The acid oxidized copper paints that I used for the clouds gives it sleepy quality especially with the full moon peeking through

Silver Mountains (photo print) patina Long Skinny Aspens is aThe original Silver Mountains was created with a background entirely made with imitation silver leaf. The ground below the mountains was textured first and the sky has the texture of the canvas weave peeking through it. The clouds and the water feature under the mountains were rendered using acid oxidized copper paint to make it patina. I knew when I did the acid over the aluminum leaf it would eat away some of the metal so I painted it the background
