We get our hands dirty and things get stuck under our nails. Half way in, we wonder what on earth were we thinking. We worry about how we will be perceived and if others will like us. Then at some point, we are so focused on the treasures we are unearthing, we forget to care about the dirt and most of all, others' opinions.
